ATC - construction project management in South-West Poland

 

Start-up of Commercial Activities ATC (initially TRIADA) was in 1997. Together with the group of several experienced engineers we have been involved in execution of many construction projects in Poland, so far. Scope of our services is pretty wide, however, mainly focused on commercial and industrial construction projects. Our services do cover all phases of the investment process, beginning from the economical analysis, through design and settlement of all administration formalities, project budgeting, tendering and management of the construction phase, construction works supervision, cost control, management of the final handing-over procedures and finally settlement of the occupancy administration permit. Moreover, we do offer expert opinions elaborated by licensed construction experts, due diligence reports, and periodical inspection of existing construction objects.
